Thank you for your interest in becoming an official reseller, which means that you will purchase services related to CipSoft's games (e.g. subscriptions, virtual items) from CipSoft and resell them in your own name to players of these games. Find out about benefits, application requirements and how the admission process works.

Your Benefits of the Reseller Program

  • You can purchase services for CipSoft's games in large quantities.
  • You will receive a 10% discount on the official prices. Please note that this discounted price is the net price; if VAT or sales tax is applicable, it will be added.
  • You will have access to the Reseller Portal where you can manage your purchases and payments, assign services to your customers or export license keys for these services.
  • You will be listed as an official reseller on the websites of the games.
  • You will be provided with graphics that will help you to design your webshop in an attractive way and in the style of the games.
  • You will receive full support when necessary.

Application Requirements

  • You must operate a properly registered company in your country and prove its existence and the existence of its proprietors during the admission process.
  • You must pay a one-time setup fee of 200 EUR. Please note that this setup fee will not be refunded if the sign-up process fails or the contract is terminated.
  • For anti-money laundering purposes, you must use a single, fixed bank account registered to you as an individual, your company or one of your employees.
  • You must adhere to the terms and conditions of CipSoft's games.
  • You should generate an annual turnover of at least 10,000 EUR.
  • You should be able to provide adequate support to your customers.
  • You should be able to communicate with us in fluent English.

Application & Onboarding Process

  1. Complete the Application Form and send it to [email protected].
  2. We will review your application and let you know if you are eligible to become a reseller.
  3. Transfer the setup fee of 200 EUR to our bank account.
  4. We will send you a link to our partner's web portal for the KYC process.
  5. Verify the existence of your company and its proprietors by providing the requested documents.
  6. We will send you the Reseller Agreement.
  7. Sign this agreement and return it to us.
  8. Congratulations on successfully completing the admissions process! We will create an account for you in the Reseller Portal and send you your login credentials.
